Eco-Lodge Accommodation

Phase 2 of our project is the construction of eight two story, single bedroom tourist villas, directly on the beach, offering a perfect environment to over-winter in the Gambian sunshine.

The Villas are designed to provide European standards of accommodation in the most eco-friendly way possible. Each Villa is fully 'off grid', having its own solar powered water heater and its own solar panel array to provide sufficient electricity to power the air conditioning on both floors and charge a 10kWh Lifo storage battery for night time electricity. Waste water is 'bio' cleansed using modern reed bed filtering systems.

Each villa features a big bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a kitchen and living room upstairs, so guests can make the most of the beach environment and enjoy the ocean view and the ocean breeze.

Each bedroom is fitted with a King size European double bed and features an office desk and a large safe to support home working. The upstairs living room has two luxury armchairs and a settee that can be turned into a double bed for guests. The kitchen diner is also scaled for 4 people so our clients can invite friends and relatives to dinner or for short holidays.

All the Villas will be fitted with washing machines, big screen TVs and entertainment systems and a private Wi-Fi router.
